Memories

I was aboad her in 1988 for a few months from shields with Mick turn skipper and me and Walter Burwood crew. Good seaboat but mechanically crap. Temperamental belt driven winch. You had to jam the handle in or hold it while hauling which was fun.
I remember it was the first time I had seen the new Decca mark 53.
I last saw her in Tyne dock early nineties being converted
She was named after Alan thinnesen when Hugo had her built
